Tip of the Day: Bring a stop watch.
Do you ever find yourself working out, then looking up and an hour has passed? You have not even broken a sweat? NO MORE! Bring a stopwatch. Pick 3 exercises and give yourself 12-15 minutes to complete them as quickly as possible on a rotation (ie. 7 reps of each exercise for the allotted time). You will amaze yourself at just how determined you will become and how hard you will work. Stop wasting hours and leaving with that unwavering feeling that something is missing. The stopwatch is the key!
