NIKE TRAINING CLUB REVIEW UPDATE: 6 weeks later and I’ve lost and gained the same darn 8 lbs. A few donuts and chicken boxes (it’s a Bmore thing, just fried chicken in a box) later I am still the same weight. Why!? Because I didn’t use the app properly with my diet.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE – it’s really true when the trainers and experts say “diet and exercise are necessary for weight loss”. They are twins. But the kinda of twins that really hate it other and try to out each others every move. When I think back to all the hard work I put in with this app or how sore I was for days, I am reminded quickly of the huge sugary glasses of kool aid I drank after my delish plate of cheese sticks, le sigh. If only I had resisted the food urge. Got any tips for that, can we make an app for that? UGH!
