Currently an oldie but goodie with a new Southern Hip-Hop tune! 2 Chainz channels the classic Hot Boyz 90s anthem “Back That Thang Up,” which instantly encourages us to twerk with joy! This is a song that I must play while I hit the gym!
Yes, I have a former Disney star on my summer gym twerk playlist! Once the song drops you will see why “Birthday” is one my favorite gym songs! Fun, energetic and a fat burner all in one!
Ariana Grande, another former Disney star, has a cute R&B meets “The Emancipation of Mimi,” Mariah Carey vibe! With all that being said, her summer hit with Big Sean is an instant favorite of mine. Slow and sensual in tempo but cute and energetic throughout the whole song.
