Where are you vacationing this season?
Elie Tahari’s Creative director Kobi Halperin says that his destination of choice would’ve been Egypt, but “considering everything that’s going on in the Middle East, Morocco was the safer option.” (via Style.com)
I first fell in love with Elie Tahari this past February during NYFW. It was one of my last shows to attend. And after covering 60 shows I was beyond tired. I decided to give my opportunity to view the Fall Collection over to my bloggerista Kee. As I watched the new collection on the big screen under the tents, I was more then bummed thinking I should have peeled my exhausted body from the floors of the NYFW tents. Turns out Kee is totally an Elie Tahari girl so I wasn’t upset at all that she was able to attend for me.
I am sure she’ll be happy when she reads this. Elie Tahari showcased everything I know she would style for herself and her clients. Masterfully fusing turbans with oversize tuxedo jackets just heavy enough for a crisp summer breeze. Showing a bit of leg for the evening with those high slits. His unpractical designs are perfect for the daring diva.
Totally crushing on every look from Elie Tahari’s resort collections.[nggallery id=15]
