As I dig deep to find my inner foodie, I’m more delighted with each adventure that finds me. I figured it was time to share with you guys. Insert “Eat This.” Working slug, I am open to suggestions!


I dragged my girls, Christen from and Danielle from, out to Tribeca for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in New York City.


The McDonald’s Chef Event provided dishes giving us all a new perspective on their food and quality ingredients. I mean the invite said McDonald’s so I wore my frumpy Run DMC tee and ripped jeans. I was greeted with a sit down dinner, waiters at your beck and call, and the best New York view I’ve ever seen! OOPS.

The multi-course meal showcased traditional favorites remixed by McDonald’s Chef Jessica Foust, Chef Aaron McCargo, Jr., Chef James Tahhan and Chef Dale Talde.

was floored by what these masters of the kitchen whipped up for us.

I can’t really explain how amazing this meal was. I mean, Kung Pao chicken nuggets, a cronut laced in hope and dreams (it was really praline syrup), and the beef before it’s made into a patty.
