Hair loss is one of the most common problem everyone faces. It usually starts off as something small due to stress, heredity and various other factors. There’s lots of hair loss treatments available in the market, but they are often expensive, or don’t give the desired results.

1. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek supports the growth of hair, and rebuilds hair follicles. Soak the fenugreek seeds throughout the night, and grind them into a fine paste. Apply the paste like a mask all over your hair, right from the roots to the end of the tip. After about 40 minutes, rinse it off with some cold water. Follow the process every day for a month to not only lessen the hair fall, but also to get strong and shiny hair.
2. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has the ability to balance the pH levels of your hair, and thus enhance hair growth. The most conventional way to use aloe vera for hair treatment is to extract the pulp from the leaf, and apply it on your hair. Rinse it off after 15 minutes with cold water.
Neem, or otherwise known as Indian Lilac is rich in its antibacterial properties. It can help you get rid of dandruff and thereby, stimulate hair growth. All you have to do is boil neem leaves in the water until the volume is reduced to half and rinse your hair with the solution. Also, you can make a hair mask with Neem Paste and Aloe Vera Pulp together, drop in a few drops of oil (of your choice) and apply it on your scalp. Leave it for an hour and rinse it off with cold water. This would be a great remedy to follow once a week.

Extract the juice from the onions by grating or grinding it, whichever is convenient, and apply it all over your scalp by dabbing it with cotton carefully. Let it stay for about 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
5. Oil Massage
This is one of the most conventional ways of hair care.
