College can leave you a bit frazzled. With exams, making new friends, and adjusting to everything around you, we’re sure you want to be as organized as you can be.
Here are eight of the best college hacks you need to stay organized.
Put a pin in it
No one likes tangled jewelry, so keep them neat by tacking them to a bulletin board and hang it on the wall.
Shower caddies just aren’t for the shower. Hang one on the wall to store your supplies, like notebooks, pens, and scissors.
Just a clip
Keep your cords in tact by placing binder clips on the side of your desk, and put the cords through the metal ends.
If you can, put up a curtain to maintain some privacy from where you sleep and where you study. This way, it keeps a line drawn, and none of your homework should get into your sleep space.
Spin and spice
A clever way to keep all of your supplies on your desk without it being a mess is a spice rack. Put your paper clips, rubber bands, and tacks in the containers and just swivel as it’s needed.
You’re so vain
No one wants to fight for the mirror in the morning with your roommates or girls in your quad (or entire floor). Grab a vanity that hangs on the back of your door. Stash all of your needs — makeup, brushes, contact lenses. Rejoice for more space!
Let’s get board
Some people just can’t get into calendars. Make yourself a pin board where you will be able to pin your most important assignments in your workspace.
But if you are someone who needs a calendar, why not try a chalkboard one? Write and erase as assignments come up and are completed.
