It’s been 3 months since I joined my local gym and recommitted myself to my fitness goals. No one believed me when I said I was hitting the gym again. Rightfully so. This is probably the 8th time I’ve joined a gym and tried this fitness wagon. I’ve fallen off a lot of times. But I told my husband, “This time is different.” I didn’t even know what that meant when I said it. I just know, I said what I said.
I’ve learned so much about my body and my mind. And it’s true what they say, it’s all in your head. I am SO determined right now. And one of the ways I get amped (like I leg pressed 400lbs) is through music.
